How the estate is laid out

The terrace row runs the length of the site. The apartment blocks sit opposite, across the parking court, with the pool terrace at the quiet end away from the gate.

Ewang Estate is a live construction site. We have photographed it session by session since April 2025, and we publish what we find, not only what it will look like when it is finished.
